EGM COMPLIANCE & RISK

Contract compliance ensures that the requirements of GEO's contracts with clients are delivered in full - legally, ethically and profitably - through a compliance assessment process that is systematic, rigorous and balanced. This includes monitoring of policies and procedures, providing accurate and timely information on contract performance and overseeing the attainment and maintenance of all external accreditations.

EGM HEALTH CARE

The health services function oversees the provision of comprehensive health care, including primary medical, dental, and mental health care, by registered professionals and off-site hospitalisation and emergency care. This covers the GEO-operated correctional facilities and, through Pacific Shores Healthcare, 10 public facilities under contract to Corrections Victoria.

EGM PEOPLE SERVICES

The human resource management function within the company involves providing direction on training, recruitment, occupational health and safety, industrial relations and organisational development. Examining best practice initiatives is a major focus of this role.
 
Peter Earnshaw
EGM OPERATIONS

The operations function is responsible for all exigencies in managing GEO’s correctional centres and the Melbourne Custody Centre. General managers of the GEO facilities report to this position on all areas relevant to security, safety and inmate management.

EGM FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

The finance function includes statutory reporting, management reporting and budgeting, while the administration component includes the company secretarial function, information technology, payroll, and contract administration.
